"Ice, Ice Baby!"

Last night we had freezing rain...when we woke up this morning it was 20 degrees and the roads were so icy that schools were closed, so mommy didn't have to go work :o)

Mallory went outside after her nap and there was still some ice for her to play with...

Her picnic table was covered with ice...

So, she had to break it all off...

She thought it was so funny when she found Daisy's toy covered with ice...

She wanted to play on her little slide covered with ice...

After sliding, I told her we would need to go in because her pants were wet, and I didn't want her to get too cold. Of course she was having way too much fun to go in, so she started crying...check out the little tear that stayed on her cheek...

Then, she found a cookie from her playhouse that was frozen...

The tear is still there...

A few more cute pictures before going in...

Mommy and Mallory had such a fun day spending the day together at home. We played Go Fish, Memory, Old Maid, puzzles, and Ponyville. We had warm soup for lunch and watched Barney and Clifford. Mallory even helped Mommy do laundry and vacuum...

We also gave each other lots of hugs and kisses and played "Tickle Monster." That's what Mallory calls it when we chase and tickle each other...
