Look Who’s Back!

This morning, Mallory came running in our room and said, “Mommy, Daddy, you’re not going to believe who I found!”

 “Look, Nick!”

                  

Mallory was so exited to see Nick!  Nick is our family’s special elf.  He came to our house for the first time last December.  Each night, Nick flies back to the North Pole while Mallory is sleeping to tell Santa if she is being naughty or nice.  Then, Nick flies back to our house...    Mallory has so much fun every morning finding Nick in his new spot…

Daddy is the SWEETEST!

On our way home from a fun day at Mimi and Pawpaw’s house, Daddy had to stop at Target to get more Christmas lights for our house.  Mallory played so hard that she was fast asleep in the car.  So, Daddy went into Target by himself while his girls stayed in the car.  Daddy bought the lights he needed, but he also got Mallory a special surprise…

Daddy told Mallory to close her eyes and come in her room, because he had a surprise for her…

Mallory loves her Daddy very much, and she has become quite the Daddy’s girl here lately!  That’s easy to do when you have a sweet Daddy like she does…

Thanksgiving at Mimi and Pawpaw’s…

Today we spent the day at Mimi and Pawpaw’s house to celebrate Thanksgiving.  All 9 kids had a great time playing…it is always so fun watching them all together!

All day, we kept telling the kids to watch out for the mud.  Jacob fell in it once; then, look who got in it next.  Mallory’s facial expressions were priceless as she walked in front of the table where we were all sitting.  She walked straight to Daddy and buried her head in his legs.  She didn’t like that her jeans were all dirty, but what fun she had getting that way!

          

 We had a wonderful day spending time with family…it is so fun for all of us adults to talk and catch up while we watch the kids play and have fun together!
