We started decorating our house for Christmas last weekend, and we finished up this weekend. It is the best way to get in the Christmas Spirit!
We had to buy a new Christmas tree this year, because our other tree’s lights went out. Mallory played outside while Mommy and Daddy set up the tree. When we were done, we had Mallory come see it…
Our new tree is a couple feet taller than our old one, and Mallory couldn’t believe how big it is!
Mallory had so much fun going through all the boxes and unwrapping all the Christmas decorations and ornaments. She would get so excited to see something she remembered from last year…
Mallory and Daddy spent the afternoon putting up the lights outside…
Mallory came in to ask me for a bowl. I asked her what she’s doing, and she said, “I am picking berries; then, I am going to make us some blueberry pie”…
Then, Mallory took her berries to the backyard to her playhouse to make blueberry pie…I thought this was so cute! And, she couldn’t wait for mommy and daddy to try it!
Time to decorate the tree…Mallory was ready to put the first ornament on the tree… 
“Mommy, look at my nose.”
Our tree finally all decorated…
And, Mallory’s tree all done after we added a star on top and a few more ornaments…
And, the outside of our house…Daddy even got on the roof this year!
We are READY for CHRISTMAS!
