Last night, Mallory colored Easter eggs…
Mallory posing so cute for the camera…she is getting good at coming up with her own poses…she has had enough practice! Love this picture! It’s hard being patient! Then, Mallory decided she would do jumping jacks while her egg was soaking in the color, “Mommy, count to 20; then, I look at my egg.”
Mallory did a good job…she did most of it all by herself. After she was all done, she said, “Mommy, that was so much fun!”
Look what the Easter Bunny brought…
This morning, Mallory came to wake me up, “Mommy, Mommy, remember the Easter Bunny came.” She was ready to check out what he brought her…
The first thing she noticed was the Barbie Mermaid movie…
She said, “Oh, I have been wanting this! Thank you, thank you, Easter Bunny!”
Dora and I Spy Leapster games, super cute bunny glasses, and bubbles!
Mallory had so much fun opening every egg and seeing what was inside…she had the BEST, most dramatic facial expressions!
She was super excited when she opened and egg and found a dollar!
When she was all done, she was so sweet and said, “Man, the Easter Bunny is nice. This is the best Easter ever. Thank you Easter Bunny!”
Last night, I asked Mallory what she thought the Easter Bunny would bring her…she said, “A pink basket with green grass.” She thought it was so cool that she was right!!
Mommy and Daddy got her Mallory an Easter surprise…
New play dough with toys!
Checking out all her new goods…she sat there for a long time just going through it all…it was so cute…
Then, she was ready for the first of many Easter egg hunts today…I think Mommy and Daddy hid the eggs at least 5 times…
Mallory loved hunting for eggs! After the first time, she wanted us to make it harder and harder for her to find them…
Listening to Daddy give her a hint…
Come in, take a break, and you have to eat a chocolate bunny on Easter!
Back outside to try out her new play dough…
Mommy did lots of relaxing and enjoyed so much watching her sweet girl have a fun day…
Mimi and Granddad stopped by, and Mallory had to show them how she can climb on her playhouse…
And, she had to show them all her trampoline tricks…
After Mallory’s bath and before it got dark, she wanted to have one more egg hunt!
She was having some trouble finding the last egg, so again Daddy gave her a hint, “Look up.”
We had a wonderful Easter!!!
